Our law firm provides full title insurance to lenders. To promote efficient title searches, we have partnered with a reputable title company with a turnaround time of less than forty-eight hours. We will perform diligent title examinations and provide the lender with a title commitment and closing protection letter. After the closing, we disburse all payoffs to respective lenders within twenty-four hours and promptly record all the necessary documents according to the lender’s instructions. We can also provide the lender with a title policy with required endorsement subject to any exceptions on the policy.
